The New Year

It’s now 2017 and President Obama just has a few short days left in the White House. On January 20th the United States will swear in the 45th President, Donald J. Trump.

The Left is still in total shock that Hillary Clinton lost the election. And many are acting far worse than those who opposed Obama’s rise to the Presidency in 2008 and 2012 combined.

Many of us on the Conservative Right had hoped that Obama’s policies would fail. Showing that Liberalism does not work. But most of us did not wish ill upon President Obama and we actually prayed for him.

The Liberal Left on the other hand is already calling for the President-Elect’s impeachment before he is even in office. And many of them are wishing his death.

That should give any reader a clear representation of the difference between a Liberal and a Conservative.

There will be somethings that President Trump can do right away. But other things will take time and the backing and consent of Congress.

With the Republican majority in both Houses the task should be easier. But there are elements within the Republican Party who are just as anti-Trump as the Liberal Left Marxist.

Our new Administration and President will not have a cake walk. But he is in the right place at the right time in history.

I believe that Donald J. Trump will make a good President. And I do intend to hold him and Congress accountable for the promises made. There is no excuse this time for not getting things done in the coming months and years.
