DOJ has Failed

The Department of Justice under the Trump Administration has made a grievous error in judgment. The Assistant Attorney General Kevin Boyd has announced that the DOJ will not pursue charges against Lois Lerner for her direct role in denying tax-exempt status to conservative organizations during the Obama Administration.

The reasoning? Not enough available evidence to reopen the investigation. That is absurd. The very purpose of an investigation is to gather evidence that will lead to prosecution and conviction. Again the Trump Administration is failing to do the job it promised to do during the presidential campaign.

Two very important actions must be taken by the Department of Justice. These actions will not only save face for the Administration but they will fulfill the President’s campaign promises to the American people who elected him to that high office.

The Attorney General of the United States must open investigations and bring charges against Lois Lerner and Hillary Clinton. Both have committed crimes against the United States and the American people. One has committed Treason. And both should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

The Foundation

On Wednesday, the 14th of October, the next step in the foundation of our nation’s collapse was laid. The Department of Justice created a new division to combat Domestic Terrorism.

The sound of such a division being created might be a good thing. But if one looks closely at what this group is going to combat the true nature of it becomes apparent. The Domestic Terrorism Counsel, is going to look into such actions as “anti-government views, racism, bigotry and anarchy, and other despicable beliefs” according to the Assistant Attorney General John Carlin.

Although I am not for racism or bigotry and anarchy. These are indeed terrible things. The other two categories raise up warning flags greater than the first passage of the Patriot Act which enabled our government to spy on US Citizens without a warrant.

The Department of Justice, now has the self appointed power and authority to investigate and prosecute anyone having anti-government views and the undefined despicable beliefs. Is that a belief in a Creator God who says we must live a certain way or face the Judgement of sin? Maybe, maybe not.

But now if you have anti-government views, like every red blooded Tea Party member. You can now face criminal prosecution because you are anti-government. And with the Patriot Act to back them up. The proof is in your phone records, your internet activity and everything else you do.

We are now just one step away from building the political prisons on top of the foundation blocks from the IRS, Patriot Act and the Department of (in)Justice. But of course it can’t happen here.
