The Root Cause

The Islamic terrorist attacks in France and elsewhere around the world is the direct result of the decline of Western Civilization. Our civilization, like it or not, was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and ethics. Although earlier movements played a part it was Christendom that spurred our civilization forward to all corners of the earth and into space beyond.

Through Christianity we bring about the end of feudalism, the rise of science, and the beginnings of true freedom. Nowhere on Earth have these blessings of Christendom been so expressed than in the United States. The first and only nation that at one time was the exception to all of history.

The founding of a civilization on the Holy Bible is what makes Western Culture superior to anything the world has ever known. Although cultures can border with other cultures, and have trade with other cultures, they cannot co-exist in the same areas. One must give out to the other.

Islamic Culture is founded on the teachings in the Quran. The Quran and the Holy Bible represent two different, distinct, and incompatible worldviews. Within the Quran, the holy book of all Muslims, Allah never came to Earth as a man and to believe so is blasphemy, with death as the punishment. Within the Holy Bible, the Word of God. God came to Earth, born of man, died for all of mankind’s sins, and rose again. This is the foundation and cornerstone of Christian belief.

When Western Civilization in Europe embraced Socialism after the end of World War II, they changed and moved away from the Culture that caused them to rise to power in the first place.

They opened the door to multiculturalism. Where immigrants do not integrate or assimilate into the mainstream Western Culture. This leads eventually to strife and conflict. And that is what Europe has seen in the attacks in Paris and the Russian jet that was shot down.

Islamic Culture and Western Culture are virtual opposites of one another. The advantage of Islamic Culture is they do fight for what they believe in against any opposition. Western Culture has lost its way and no longer fights for its survival.

If this continues, Western Civilization will be conquered and replaced by another. One that does not represent freedom, one that has no salvation other than death, one that does not celebrate life or champions good over evil, one that encourages wars between its factions. This is and has been the Culture of Islam for over 1400 years. It isn’t going to change.

The Next President, Part 2

Back in August I had posted a topic on who I would possibly vote for in the 2016 Presidential elections. I divided up the candidates into 3 categories. The ones I liked, the ones I wouldn’t vote for at all, and the ones I wasn’t sure about yet.

Since that time, there has been 1 Democratic debate and 4 Republican debates. These have helped to whittle down the field of candidates and to get a better idea of where these candidates stand on the issues facing our nation today.

So here it is November and the caucus is just around the corner. And I still haven’t made up my mind on who I am supporting for the caucus or who is getting my vote yet.

    Candidates I Would Support
    Donald Trump (R)
    Ben Carson (R)
    Mike Huckabee (R)

    Candidates I Wont Support
    Bernie Sanders (D)
    Bobby Jindal (R)
    George Pataki (R)
    Hillary Clinton (D)
    Jeb Bush (R)
    Jim Gilmore (R)
    John Kasich (R)
    Lindsey Graham (R)
    Martin O’Malley (D)
    Rand Paul (R)
    Rick Santorum (R)

    Candidates I Might Support
    Carly Fiorina (R)
    Chris Christie (R)
    Marco Rubio (R)
    Ted Cruz (R)

These changes to my candidate choices are based on the debates that have taken place in the last 3 months and the information released from their campaigns.

So at this point I also have a new group of candidates. Those that should drop out of the race for President. So here are those folks too taken from the lists above.

    Candidates That Should Withdraw
    Bobby Jindal (R)
    George Pataki (R)
    Jim Gilmore (R)
    John Kasich (R)
    Lindey Graham (R)
    Martin O’Malley (D)
    Rand Paul (R)
    Rick Santorum (R)

    The Foundation

On Wednesday, the 14th of October, the next step in the foundation of our nation’s collapse was laid. The Department of Justice created a new division to combat Domestic Terrorism.

The sound of such a division being created might be a good thing. But if one looks closely at what this group is going to combat the true nature of it becomes apparent. The Domestic Terrorism Counsel, is going to look into such actions as “anti-government views, racism, bigotry and anarchy, and other despicable beliefs” according to the Assistant Attorney General John Carlin.

Although I am not for racism or bigotry and anarchy. These are indeed terrible things. The other two categories raise up warning flags greater than the first passage of the Patriot Act which enabled our government to spy on US Citizens without a warrant.

The Department of Justice, now has the self appointed power and authority to investigate and prosecute anyone having anti-government views and the undefined despicable beliefs. Is that a belief in a Creator God who says we must live a certain way or face the Judgement of sin? Maybe, maybe not.

But now if you have anti-government views, like every red blooded Tea Party member. You can now face criminal prosecution because you are anti-government. And with the Patriot Act to back them up. The proof is in your phone records, your internet activity and everything else you do.

We are now just one step away from building the political prisons on top of the foundation blocks from the IRS, Patriot Act and the Department of (in)Justice. But of course it can’t happen here.

    Campus Massacre

The mass shooting at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg Oregon is a tragedy. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims, the families, and the community. President Obama has politicized the event and called it routine. What is routine about this tragedy and other mass shootings is that most happen in “gun free zones.” This is where honest and law-abiding citizens cannot and do not carry weapons. Even our military posts are “gun free”.

The shooter in this case was a 24 year old male. He was heavily armed with 3 pistols, 1 rifle, body armor and plenty of ammunition. This does show his actions were planned out in advance and was not a random act. Not much else has been officially released about him, there are a lot of speculations and hearsay being said but I’m not going to add to that fire.

We already have a lot of gun control laws on the books. They aren’t working. We do not need any more. In fact we need less of them. I come from a very pro-gun family. Many of my family all have permits to carry weapons and do so. If the community college had any students or facility who were carrying weapons and was not a “gun free zone” the killer would have either picked an easier target or would not have had so many victims. Since he had the free ability to walk from one building to another, harming as he went.

Anyone who would murder another human being is mentally unstable. Even if it is only temporary. Criminals do not follow the laws. They will obtain weapons any way possible. Legal or not. They will have weapons where they are not allowed to have them. How does more gun control laws prevent this from happening? It doesn’t. It doesn’t make any logical sense at all, but it does tug at the heart strings and the emotions.

So think before you begin to react to this violent crime. It was and is a crime. It was and is a tragedy. But in every case where there is violence and the weapon of choice is a firearm, they get the blame. Bombs are not blamed in bombings, cars are not blamed in car crashes. Humans commit crimes not objects.

    The Vatican People’s Republic

Having clergy of any level involved in politics is a good thing. From the leaders of whole denominations to the Believers sitting in the pews. And we should have more involvement than we do now. For the first time in US history the Pope, the leader of the Roman Catholic Church, spoke to a joint session of Congress. His speech was a failure.

The Pope praised several Americans for their contributions to history, two of them stood out above the others, Dorothy Day and Thomas Merton. These two Americans were both Catholics and they were both Marxists. No religious leader should be praising these people, Marxist ideology is atheist, and when it walks hand in hand with the Church you end up getting Raul Castro interested in joining the Church.

Pope Francis also talked about immigration. Stating that we Americans should not fear foreigners. I welcome legal immigration. America is the greatest nation on God’s Earth. I welcome tourists coming to see our sights and wonders. Both of these are foreigners and are not feared. It is those that come here illegally or with the purpose of causing harm that we must be wary of and need to stop. After all it has been said that immigration without assimilation is invasion. And that is a true statement.

He also talked about the homeless. Both the Church and the government have a role to play when it comes to the homeless. The Church should supply food, shelter, and clothing to the less fortunate. While the government should supply an economy that stimulates growth and advancement so the homeless can get a good job and be lifted out of the shelters and into a place of their own.

But Pope Francis talked about Jesus being homeless. I’m not sure if he reads the same Bible. But no where in mine does it state that Our Lord was ever homeless. He had a home in Nazareth. It is true that He was born in a manger. But He wasn’t born homeless. His family had traveled to Bethlehem for a census issued by Caesar Augustus. And upon arrival, there was no room at any Inns. The city was overcrowded, so they stayed in a manger that had room. Just as today when people camp out in a city park or in front of a theater days before a show. They are not homeless and neither was Jesus. The Pope should reread the Gospels.

Another topic the Pope touched on before Congress was the issue of Global Climate Change. The Pope, of all people, should know better. He knows of the frailty of man before the might of God Almighty. To chant such a belief that man is capable of causing such an alleged drastic changes in weather patterns is pure vanity. And vanity is nothing more than self pride and pride is one of the seven deadly sins and the opposite of the virtue of humility.

As a sinner myself, like all of mankind, I too find myself falling from time to time. But this level of pride is a huge flaw in the character of the current Bishop of Rome.

To state that he agrees with the group of scientists who support Global Climate Change because they have a consensus is like jumping off a cliff because everyone is doing it. This same group of scientists also claim there is no divine Creator. I’m sure the Pope doesn’t agree with that but there is a consensus and his own use of logic would say that he does agree because of it.

Lastly there is what the Pope didn’t talk about that is of grave concern for all of mankind. Jesus Christ came unto the world to save us from our sins. He didn’t come to condemn us, but to show us His Love.

We are all sinners. You. Me. Even his Holiness the Pope is a sinner. And we all fall short of the Glory of God. We all deserve hell for our transgressions against our Creator.

But Jesus came. He took our sins upon Himself and paid the price for us by dying on the cross. He rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. He charged us with the mission to preach the Gospel, the Good News, to all the Earth. To Jew and Gentile, to evangelize the world until His return.

That is the message that was completely absent from the People’s Pope. It is his primary role as the Bishop of Rome and head of the Roman Catholic Church. And he failed.

He did however succeed at being, as the media has dubbed him, the People’s Pope. The people love and adore him. They love his false humility of not wanting to wear the expensive red shoes traditionally worn by the Pope. Or staying in the traditional Papal apartments at the Vatican. Or how when he was the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, he took the bus places instead of riding in a private car and how he returned the rubber bands that bound his newspaper every morning. The humble, so it would seem, man of the people. Who doesn’t preach the Gospel but preaches instead on Global Climate Change and other issues of the day. And so he is loved by Catholics, non-Catholics, and even non-believers alike.

    Obama’s Citizenship and Muslim Roots

President Obama is not a follower of Muhamad. He does not practice Islam. And he is not a Muslim. He is however also not a Christian. His form of “Christianity” is that of a “Sunday Christian”. A person who goes to church on Sunday’s and thinks that they are Christians without following the teachings of Jesus Christ.

President Obama is pro-Muslim however in his outlook. The facts speak for themselves on this issue. President Obama refuses to refer to the terrorist as Islamic Terrorists which is exactly what who and what they are. President Obama under his childhood name of Barry Soetoro attended an Islamic school in Indonesia during his impressionable years. His religion was listed as Muslim on his school papers. This would prevent him from being in a minority but it also leds him to being influenced by Islam.

As to President Obama’s US Citizenship and place of birth. It is time to put to bed the “birthers”. President Obama was born in the United States in the State of Hawaii. But there is a question of who really is his father. And why is he Barack Obama II and not Barack Obama Jr.

The African people are very traditional. The designation of Jr is used to distinguish the father from the son when they have the same name. The designation of the II is used if someone has the same name as a previous distant relative or perhaps even named after someone who is not a relative. So this is a clear indication that Barack Obama of Kenya is not his birth father.

There are other issues to consider as well. Comparing various photos of Obama when he was a young man with ones when he was running for office show a distinct change in the shape of his nose. Did he have a nose job? Was it looking too much like that of his birth father?

These are all just theories but they have yet to be disproven. Some cannot be disproven such as the invluence of Islam on this President given the cultural impact during his formative years. But he is, unfortunately, an American.

    It’s not about same-sex marriage

The real story of Kim Davis is not about same-sex marriage. It is about the power that the Courts have usurped from the legislative branch, the executive branch and the from the people. This usurption has been slowly done over the past 100+ years. Case after case that comes before the Courts where the Court deems that they have the power and the authority to do what the US Constitution and the constitutions of the several states do not give it.

The Supreme Court of the United States of America has issued an Opinion that somehow has become a statute in this country. This Opinion of the Court not only struck down the Defence of Marriage Act (a Statute enacted by Congress and signed by the President), but somehow added a new statute that replaced DOMA. A “Marriage Equality Act” that is not an act of Congress but of one by the Courts.

Not only does the Court NOT have the right to create legislation. They also do not have the right to strike down legislation. The so-called power of “Judicial Review” was a power that the Court gave to itself in the opening decade of the 1800’s.

Add to this injustice, Kim Davis was found to be in “Contempt of Court” and criminally jailed for the offence. Her trial was by the Judge that found her in Contempt. He was also the jury. Denying Mrs Davis of her 7th Amendment Rights to have a trial by Jury. This is another court given power that the court has given itself.

From the County Courts, to the State Courts, to the Supreme Court of the land. The Black Robed Tyrants have given themselves powers and authority not granted to them by Law or statute. The Court was wrong to create legislation. The Court was wrong to jail Kim Davis without a trial by jury.

The Court is out of control and this is deeply disturbing and troubling. Correcting and reigning in the Court should be one of the first priorities of anyone running for office at any level. Otherwise, the Courts will continue there power grab and we will have a system of government ruled by the Courts instead of by the people.

    The Opposition to Trump

Many of the negative voices against Donald Trump for President come from the Liberals who don’t want to see an end to their pet programs. Open boarders, free flowing immigration, high taxes, gun control and the list goes on and on. So they call him a bigot, a racist, and host of other names. Although he is not “allowed” to call anyone names.

The rest of the negative voices come from within the GOP. These come from the Establishment side, which can’t stand to see a non-Establishment candidate running for the nomination and gaining strong support despite all their attempts to discredit the running. This is just petty. The Establishment will take the ideas from the Liberals and others to use in the attempt to stop Trump’s campaign.

The last of the negative voices come from the Christian Right of the GOP Conservative base. Their voice claims that Trump is not a true Conservative due to his past actions. Giving money to Democrats and Liberal causes. Yet Trump has given to GOP and Conservative causes.

This group is against Trump because he is also not currently a Believer himself. This somehow makes him inelligable to run for and hold office. This is a huge mistake for those that buy into this idea. Trump needs our prayers so his eyes can be opened and he becomes a Believer. But this doesn’t make him inelligable to hold the office of President.

There are Christian Conservatives in the GOP who have welcomed Trump and do support him. These supporters all have talked with Donald and know his heart is on the right track. Yes the man has faults. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Don’t discount and ingore Donald Trumps presidential campaign. He is here to stay. Hearts and Minds can change. Many of the others running have had changes of position but they are not being attacked as fakers like Trump is being attacked for doing the same thing.

I have a good friend who, when I first met him, he was pretty much a Liberal agnostic. Today. he is a Conservative and an Elder in his Church. Even my own opinions on issues have changed and evolved over the years. Have yours?

    Unfair to The Donald

Donald Trump is correct. He isn’t being treated fairly by the media, the RNC and other Republican organizations, or even conservatives. The reason why is quite simple. You can’t buy Donald Trump’s silence on any matter.

The left and right leaning media hate him and will attempt to discredit him at any opportunity. They will bring up his past beliefs, statements and actions. And so do the Republicans and conservatives. Never do they say that Donald Trump has seen the errors of his past and has changed his beliefs on any subject. Yet they will say this for other candidates that are running.

If other candidates are capable of changing their opinions from past beliefs why can’t Donald Trump be the same way?

Because it all boils down to money. Donald Trump is funding his own campaign with his own money. No other candidate can do that. They all must take money from special interest groups to fund their campaigns who limit what they can and cannot say. Even if they want to say something like Donald Trump is saying.

What Donald Trump is saying on the campaign trail resonates in the unheard majority of Americans who are sick and tired of politics as usual. He is a breath of fresh air in the world of politics and should not be excluded from any event and should be treated with the same respect of any other candidate for the highest office in the world.

    Iranian Nuclear Deal

The Deal with Iran created by President Obama is only best for Iran. This deal is not good for the United States or any of its allies in the Middle East or anywhere else in the world for that matter. It opens the door for Iran to get everything that they want and when they want it. It will allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons which in turn will be used against us and Israel.

Given Iran’s history of deciet it is inconceivable that they will actually keep their side of any deal offered. They may agree to it, but they are not required to abide by it. Because they will use Islamic law which allows them to break deals with non-musliums.

This deal must be defeated. And if it is defeated by Congress, who is supposed to make our laws and treaties with other nations, President Obama has stated he will veto the measure anyway. If that happens then Congress must immediently reject it a 2nd time so that the President gets the message loud and clear.

My personal thoughts on this matter and given the history of our Congress which has no backbone. The following will happen. Congress with reject the Iranian Nuclear Deal and President Obama will veto the rejection. And then Congress will shrug it’s shoulders stating nothing can be done and we have to abide by it now.
